Do you work on-site?
No. All work is delivered remotely, which keeps prices low and scheduling simple.
How do meetings work?
By phone or audio call, with written updates every week. Most projects need one kickoff call and one review call.
Do you do SEO or marketing?
Every site is built clean, fast and search-friendly. Ongoing SEO and marketing are handled by a partner we're happy to introduce.
What happens after handoff?
There's a 30-day warranty: anything that doesn't work as specified gets fixed free. After that, changes are quoted as small fixed jobs.
How does payment work?
Projects under $2,000 are paid on delivery. Larger projects are half to start and half on delivery. ACH, card or check, net 15.
Will you complete our vendor paperwork?
Yes. We provide a W-9, sign mutual NDAs, and put every project in a simple written agreement.
