The process

1. Tell us what you need

   Use the request form or email. A few sentences is enough.

2. Get a written proposal

   A checklist of deliverables, one fixed price and a start date, within two business days.

3. We do the work

   Written updates every week. Any cutover happens after hours.

4. Handoff, done

   Everything in your name, documented, with a 30-day warranty. No strings.

AI and your data

We use AI-assisted tools for research, drafting, code and testing. A person directs every project and reviews every deliverable before you see it.

• Your data is never used to train AI models.
• Sensitive information stays in your systems. We work with sample or redacted data whenever we can.
• If you have an AI or vendor policy, we follow it.

Communication

Email replies within one business day. A written update every week of an active project. Calls are by phone or audio, scheduled ahead of time.

Security and access

• We work through accounts you create for us, with multi-factor authentication and only the access the work needs.
• Passwords and keys are never sent by email.
• All access is removed at handoff, and we confirm it in writing.
• We never scan or test your systems without written permission.

Ownership

You own the code, content, designs, domains and accounts. Everything is registered in your name from the start, and the documentation is yours at handoff.

After handoff

For 30 days, anything that doesn't work as specified gets fixed free. After that, the project is done. Later changes are quoted as small fixed jobs, and hosting and monitoring are available if you want them.

Paperwork and payment

• W-9 on request. Mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive.
• A simple written agreement for every project, and we'll complete your vendor forms.
• Under $2,000: paid on delivery. Larger projects: half to start, half on delivery. ACH, card or check, net 15.

Based in Stoughton, Wisconsin. Working with businesses and nonprofits across southern Wisconsin and remotely nationwide. All work is delivered remotely.
