We hold a bore to 0.0005 inch and ship it in nine days.

120 people running 5-axis mills, CNC lathes and press brakes in Trenton, Ohio, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D. We quote from your model, not a rough sketch, and tell you the lead time before you ask twice.

What's actually on the floor in Trenton

Four processes under one roof. Every machine below quotes against its real envelope, not a round number.

Six Mazak Variaxis cells, 15,000 rpm spindles, full 5-axis simultaneous contouring for the manifold blocks, housings and cam plates that cannot be held in three axes without a re-fixture. Programmed in Esprit, proved out on the machine before the first production piece ships.

Spindle

Mill-turn centers with live tooling and bar feeders, running shafts, sleeves and flanged fittings unattended through second and third shift. Diameters hold tighter than most prints call for because the fixture, not the tool, is doing the work.

Parts that have to work in the field

Agriculture, medical device and trucking customers send us parts that fail in public if we get them wrong.

AGRICULTURE

PTO housings and hydraulic manifolds

Cast-replacement housings, manifold blocks and hitch components that run in mud, heat and vibration for twenty years. We machine from billet when the casting lead time does not fit the planting season.

MEDICAL DEVICE

Instrument trays and handles

Surgical handles and sterilization trays with full lot traceability and documented first article inspection before any production run starts.

TRUCKING

Brake and suspension brackets

FMVSS-traceable brackets and caliper mounts, PPAP packages on request for fleet and OEM customers.

Paper trail for every lot

ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certified, with first article inspection and SPC on the characteristics that actually matter.

Certifications

  • ISO 9001:2015Certified since 2016, audited annually
  • AS9100DCertified 2019, covers the medical and ag cells
  • Material certsCerts of conformance and heat-lot traceability on every shipment

Inspection equipment

  • Bridge CMM0.00008 in resolution, programmed off the model
  • Optical comparatorprofile and thread checks to 50x
  • Surface plate labheight gages, granite plates, calibrated quarterly

Process controls

  • First article inspectionfull dimensional report per AS9102 before any run ships
  • SPCon critical characteristics, control charts on the floor, not in a binder
  • PPAPavailable for trucking and automotive-adjacent customers
