Trailhead Bottle
The everyday bottle. Fits a cup holder and a bike cage, even at 40 oz.
Double-wall vacuum insulation in 20, 32 and 40 ounce sizes. Five powder-coat colors, one brushed-steel rim.
Two steel walls with the air pumped out between them. Nothing conducts through a vacuum, so the outside stays dry and cool to hold.
Ice still rattles after a full day in a hot car. We test every tooling change with a thermometer, not a guess.
Food-grade steel inside and out, no plastic liner between you and the water. It won't hold onto yesterday's coffee.
Top rack, lid only. The body is hand-wash, so the powder coat keeps its finish past year five.
Every piece in the range shares the same 18/8 shell and the same vacuum core. What changes is the mouth, the handle and the size.
The everyday bottle. Fits a cup holder and a bike cage, even at 40 oz.
Straight walls, a lid that locks for the truck console and doesn't for the trail.
The one that goes to the trailhead for the group, not for one person.
Same shell, scaled down. Fits a lunch box and a seven-year-old's hand.

Just the bottle, lid already on. No boot, no pouch, no extra parts to lose before the first refill.
We buy cold-rolled 18/8 steel in coils from a mill in Ohio and draw it into two shells on a hydraform press, inner and outer. The two shells get laser-welded at the neck inside a vacuum chamber, which is also where the air between them gets pumped out and sealed in the same pass. Powder goes on electrostatically and cures at 400°F for twenty minutes. Every single bottle gets pressure-tested to 90 psi before it's boxed. The ones that fail go back into the steel recycling stream, not the truck.
Flat steel coil, pressed into two shells.
Laser-welded at the neck, inside a vacuum chamber.
Air pumped out between the walls, sealed shut.
Electrostatic coat, cured at 400°F.
Every unit, tested to 90 psi before it ships.
Free on orders over $45. Below that, flat $6.50 ground shipping anywhere in the lower 48. Everything ships from our warehouse in Spokane, Washington within one business day.
60 days to return a bottle, used or not, for a full refund. Lifetime warranty against a vacuum seal that fails on its own. Dents, drops and powder-coat chips from daily use are on you, same as they would be with any steel bottle.
